I first applied mass communications technology before the Telecommunications Revolution in the early 1990s, and I continued for decades. I know what we used to have but lost with the internet, Web, and social media. You are too young to have experienced what we lost and must now regain. To you, society has always been this way.
I can coach you to understand what is causing the "problem beneath our other problems" in society and to navigate turbulent change to achieve your heroic vision.

Artificial Intelligence applied in the organizations and transactions of our society unavoidably has embedded within it fundamental philosophical ideas. Algorithms are opinions expressed in code because humans define what success looks like for the algorithms. These ideas determine the course of a person's life and the fate of society. When implemented in AI systems that affect all of us, they are either beneficial or harmful. AI technology amplifies and accelerates both the benefits and harm in society.
I can coach you and your team in what to look for and how to apply AI in your organization to be beneficial, not harmful. Note, neither "AI Ethics" nor "AI-Human Values Alignment" is the critical issue or the solution.
