 As an author and The Future Coach, I will bring you up to speed on my research into AIPA, the critical paradigm shift I expect in the next decade, including macro-level drivers, key technologies, players, timelines, and information sources. I will share my evaluation of new technology developments as they arise. In exchange, you will focus and apply your experience and talents toward helping us identify the various ways we can capitalize on the fact that we see this change coming, and we are willing to analyze it. 

1. As the iSquad organizer, membership is by my invitation only. Existing iSQUAD members may nominate new members. Of course, anyone can exit the iSquad at any time. I reserve the right to modify membership size and type for new members (free or subscription) as needed, depending on how things evolve, particularly my personal role and workload.
2. I will provide the initial overall technology context, research content, IT tools, focus, objectives, and discussions. Together, we will evolve these as the iSquad begins operating.
3. The ramp-up period for the AIPA paradigm shift, during which we must begin to find answers, is approximately the next two to three years. We will begin by scheduling monthly group discussions and will work from there. We will record and summarize meetings for those who are unable to attend.
4. We will share the research workload voluntarily, each of us leveraging our experience, expertise, and networks. Anything one of us discovers about topics the iSQUAD is pursuing will be shared with the rest of the iSquad.
5. The Membership List, writings, communications, I-T resource materials, discoveries, insights, opportunities, and investment methods generated in connection with the iSquad represent many work hours by and for the benefit of the iSquad Members. They are not to be shared publicly, such as on social media. However, as we learn, we are each encouraged to serve as advisors to those close to us and may use the materials for this non-commercial purpose. 
6. My wholly owned publishing company, Future Coach LLC, will own the copyrights to my writings. As an author, I reserve the right to use them in future books or publications.
7. We are each responsible for avoiding conflicts of interest, maintaining employee confidentiality, complying with non-compete restrictions, and similar obligations.
8. We are each responsible for our expenses, but may make voluntary expense-sharing contributions among ourselves.
9. We will each choose if, when, what, where, and how to invest in an AIPA opportunity personally and will be transparent, informing the others of the investment and its progress.
10. One or more of us may choose to form or join a business entity to pursue an AIPA opportunity identified by the iSQUAD. The others agree to provide support as advisors if requested and will be offered the opportunity to invest or participate in the entity if appropriate.
11. We can either view radical new technologies with wonder and anticipation or fear and anxiety. While aware of both, we will keep our motivations and discussions focused on seizing opportunities, rather than avoiding threats.
